If you encounter a problem with any of our UNITEK products, you can either:
1. Refer to the FAQ section where are listed the most frequently asked questions about Unitek UPS's and surge protectors.
2. Fill the dedicated Form and send it to the appropriate service department of Unitek.
Warranty registration Register online the warranty of your Unitek product in order to benefit from a warranty up to :
• 5 years for Plug-in surge protectors
• 2 years for all Zephyr, Mistral, Storm and Cyclone UPS's (1year for batteries)
• 2 years for all Level AVR's
• 1 year for the HC UPS series
• 1 year for battery banks
