If you encounter a problem with any of our UNITEK products, you can either:
1. Refer to the FAQ section where are listed the most frequently asked questions about Unitek UPS's and surge protectors.
2. Fill the dedicated Form and send it to the appropriate service department of Unitek.

Warranty registration

Register online the warranty of your Unitek product in order to benefit from a warranty up to :
• 5 years for Sigma surge protectors
• 3 years for Alpha UPS's (standard exchange)
• 2 years for all other UPS's
• 1 year for battery banks

Register online the warranty of your Unitek HC product in order to benefit from a warranty up to :
• 1 year for HCM, HCX, HCT UPS's
• 1 year for battery banks

Insurance registration

Register online the insurance of your Unitek product in order to benefit from a special insurance on your connected equipment up to :
• 30 000 € for Sigma surge protectors
• 120 000 € for Alpha UPS's
